Our Tai Chi Fitness & Wellness Center is part of the Dynamic Martial Arts family. Founded by Master Kenny Perez, this studio was designed to welcome students of all levels who want to deepen their knowledge and training of the ancient art of tai chi.
Tai chi combines physical movement, breathing techniques, stretching and meditation to create an invigorating full body workout. After 30 years of teaching tai chi throughout the valley, Sifu Perez knew that more people would benefit from consistent tai chi training, and so our wellness center was born.
Along with weekly small-group tai chi classes, we also offer kickboxing, assisted stretching, self-defense training and private sessions. Can't make it to a live class? We also offer classes online.
DMA Tai Chi Fitness and Wellness Center is a member of the Tai Chi and Qi Gong for Health and Wellness Federation. We are an official partner of the Veterans Administration Community Care Network (VACCN) and offer certified Taijifit classes. Join us for a class and enhance your mind, body and spirit.
